Hosting Automated Analytics and DHL in Parliament

This week I hosted parliamentary events for both Automated Analytics and DHL.

Doncaster-based company Automated Analytics' CEO Mark Taylor came to Parliament yesterday to set out how they have helped companies across the world successfully and safely harness this frontier technology to deliver economic growth, and to launch their new AI Code of Practice.

It was a pleasure to host this event, attended by our Mayor, Ros Jones, Lee Pitcher Ed Miliband, Doncaster Chamber, Minister for Digital Economy Baroness Jones, Google Deepmind Partner Peter Danenberg and Datasection President Pablo Casado Blanco.

I also hosted a parliamentary drop-in event for MPs with DHL.

I met with representatives from DHL to learn more about how the logistics industry underpins the UK economy and drives economic growth, from enabling international trade to decarbonising supply chains.

We also discussed the re-opening of our airport and how DHL could work with us going forward.
